Table Info
Average User Rating – This is based on our own research in product testing and user feedback. Clicking on each product takes you to Amazon’s product page where you can read customer reviews on the product you’re interested in.
Best Value / Top Rated / Top Specs / Best Choice – Products that we consider to excel in a certain area such as value for money, reputation or technology have been given one of our aforementioned labels of recognition.
Speed (Rotations Per Minute) – Masticating juicers are a lot slower than centrifugal juicers. It doesn’t mean it takes longer to juice, it just means that it’s more efficient and is better at maintaining the foods pure color, natural taste, vitamins and nutrients. Some centrifugal juicers however, provide more flexibility with different speed settings.
Warranty – The warranty period of each model usually covers only certain parts of the juicer, typically the blade and motor.
Price – If you want to know the price of any of the models, just click on the Buy Now button or Check Price and you’ll be redirected to the product page on Amazon.com. The reason we don’t put prices is because they constantly change and there are so many sellers offering different prices.
Centrifugal Juicer Overview
There are two main types of juicers – Centrifugal and Masticating (click here for the Top 10 Masticating Juicers Comparison). Here’s a brief overview of what the features of a centrifugal juicer and how it compares with the latter.
- Typically has an upright design in which food is pushed into a rapidly spinning mesh chamber with sharp teeth on its floor.
- Works best with soft and hard fruits and vegetables, but not quite as well with leafy greens like kale or spinach, or with wheatgrass.
- Typically more affordable and commonplace than masticating juicers.
